Effective date: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AW Syncgro, LLC, doing business as Experiment Marketing (“Experiment Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit experimentmarketing.com (the “Site”), contact us, or connect a Meta account to our Meta apps, Universal Metrics Dashboard and UberMetrics – EM (together, the “App”). By using the Site or the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This policy covers information we collect for our own business purposes. It does not cover information we handle on behalf of our clients while providing services to them, such as a client’s customer lists or advertising audience data. We process that information according to the client’s instructions and our written agreement with that client. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about its privacy practices.
When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you include in your message. If you become a client, we also collect the business contact and billing details needed to run the engagement.
When you visit the Site, we and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, time on page, and how you interact with pages (for example, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement). See Section 4 for the specific tools we use.
If you connect a Meta account to our App, we receive the data described in Section 6.
We do not send marketing text messages. If you give us a phone number, we use it to call you about your inquiry or engagement.
We use the following tools on the Site:
Showing ads to people who previously visited a website is called retargeting. Our retargeting ads may appear on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, YouTube, and websites and apps that partner with Google or Meta. Some state privacy laws describe this as “targeted advertising” or “sharing” personal information. Google and Meta use the information their tags collect according to their own privacy policies.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Opting out does not stop all ads you see; it stops ads based on your visits to our Site. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as follows:
We operate two apps on the Meta for Developers platform, Universal Metrics Dashboard and UberMetrics – EM, that let us manage and run advertising on behalf of businesses that authorize us. When a business owner or authorized user connects a Facebook account, Business Portfolio, Page, or ad account to the App, Meta shares data with us based on the permissions approved on Meta’s login and permissions screens. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:
We use this data only to create, manage, optimize, and report on advertising for the business that authorized us, and to operate, maintain, and secure the App.
Our use of Meta Platform Data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We keep Meta Platform Data only as long as needed to provide services and reporting under our agreement with the business that authorized us, or as required by law. You can revoke the App’s access or request deletion at any time, as described in Section 7.
You can remove our App’s access to your Meta accounts at any time:
If you granted us access through Meta Business Suite, you can also remove Experiment Marketing as a partner under Business settings, then Partners.
Removing the App stops our access going forward. To have us delete data we already hold, email marketing@experimentmarketing.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your name and the email address or Meta account associated with the data. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for information we must keep by law. Full instructions are also available on our Data Deletion page.
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, legal, and tax purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of the tools listed in Section 4.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including restricting account access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Wherever you live in the United States, you may ask us to:
To make a request, email marketing@experimentmarketing.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with what we hold, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent if you give that agent written permission. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal,” and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
The Site and App are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in Texas and serve businesses in the United States. The Site and App are not intended for use outside the United States.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify clients who have connected accounts to our App.
