Data Deletion Instructions

AW Syncgro, LLC, doing business as Experiment Marketing, operates two Meta apps, Universal Metrics Dashboard and UberMetrics – EM, that let us manage advertising on behalf of businesses that authorize us. You can remove the app’s access and request deletion of your data at any time.

Remove the app’s access

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations.
3. Find Universal Metrics Dashboard or UberMetrics – EM and select Remove for each one listed.

If you granted us access through Meta Business Suite, you can also remove Experiment Marketing as a partner under Business settings, then Partners.

Removing the app stops our access going forward. It does not by itself delete data we already hold.

Request deletion of your data

Email marketing@experimentmarketing.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your name
• The email address or Meta account associated with the data
• The business or ad account the request relates to, if applicable

We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for information we are required to keep by law.
